BCI will recommend and effectuate the enrollment method(s) best suited
for your industry, culture, logistics, and specific benefit need. Examples
include annual open enrollments, new benefit offerings, and changes

- Forms Processing
Data entry can be virtually eliminated with our specialized form creation
and scan technology. We use this for a variety of services including
annual open enrollments, employee surveys, and flex plan enrollments.
- Interactive Voice
Response
Our IVR system allows employers to provide easy enrollment access to
all employees. BCI owns the system and it is programmed and maintained
from our Nashville headquarters.
- Video Production
BCI uses digital computer technology to create professional videos in-house
at very reasonable prices. Videos are an excellent tool for repetitive
communication tasks. Our clients have used this tool for new hire orientation,
benefit summaries, annual benefit enrollment guides, training and safety,
and retirement plan education, to name a few.

- Benefit Statements

Our web enrollment system, electbenefits, is a secure, employee driven
method that summarizes an employee's prior choices and provides an easy
way to change benefit elections during annual open enrollments. It is
often used in conjunction with IVR and/or paper-based enrollments. Our
goal is to offer a web-based system that is easy for employees to use,
and our clients continually tell us that we have succeeded.
- Call Center
Another method of communicating important benefit information to your
employees, our Call Center is ready as a stand-alone enrollment method
or to complement other types of enrollment. This service can be used
